Personal Hatha Yoga

Our women-only classes are intentionally capped at six students, creating a safe, nurturing space where every woman is seen, supported, and honoured. Each week we explore themes inspired by the 8 limbs of yoga, weaving breath, movement, and reflection into a practice that meets you exactly where you are.

Before each class, we begin with the gentle scents of Saje oils β€” a moment to release the day and invite in clarity, calm, and positive energy. On cooler evenings, the studio glows with candlelight, soft music, and warm herbal teas that welcome you into stillness.

What is Hatha yoga?

Hatha yoga is the foundation of our practice β€” a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and quiet reflection. It strengthens the body, softens the mind, and creates space for balance, grounding, and inner peace. Accessible to all levels, it’s a beautiful entry point for anyone beginning or deepening their yoga journey.
