10 class bundle (save $50): You receive a BUNDLE CODE which will let you book and manage up to 10 classes (classes do not expire).
Cancellations: We ask that you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your class for a full refund, with the exception of being sick and exposing others.

GENTLE HATHA FLOW class, offers a soothing and accessible approach to yoga. Centered on slow-paced, relaxed movements and graceful flows inspired by weekly themes surrounding the 8 limbs of yoga, it includes gentle stretches, breath work, and mindfulness practices. Designed to enhance relaxation, flexibility, and alleviate stress, this style welcomes individuals of all fitness levels, including beginners and those in recovery, with an emphasis on comfort, ease, and a non-intimidating atmosphere for yoga practice.

Our WOMEN ONLY classes are limited to a maximum of 6 students per session, ensuring a personalized environment where we prioritize creating a safe and supportive space for women.
